Hoops for Schools for FIBA
A programme launched by FIBA Europe to promote basketball in primary schools across Europe, funded by the EU's Erasmus+ Sport.

What were our goals?
Promote participation in school basketball.
Using new technologies to improve access and experience.
Raise awareness about the importance of physical activity.
Project Phases

January 2025 : Kick-off meeting in Munich with 22 partner representatives.

2025 - Pilot Phase : Initial implementation with 5 official partner federations: Denmark, Netherlands, Greece, Estonia and Cyprus.

2027 - Full expansion : Incorporation of the national federations of the 27 countries of the European Union.
