Scaling a educative platform with Kickstart
The Challenge
Samsung initiated the development of a digital platform for primary and secondary school teachers under the Powered by Samsung model.
The goal was to create a structured space that combined inspiration, training, and participation within a single experience.
The platform needed to integrate:

Blog and challenges

Webinars and educational resources

Community and ambassadors

Institutional storytelling
At the same time, it had to meet the technical and security standards required by a multinational corporation.
The challenge was not to launch just another website.
It was to build a solid platform ready to grow.
Phases
Kickstart
We defined the product structure and overall architecture.
We organized the content and participation ecosystem and aligned the project from day one with Samsung’s technical requirements.
MVP
We developed the first functional version including:
