The Challenge
ViveEspaña is an educational platform that aims to bring Spanish language learning and Hispanic culture closer to students around the world.
Its growth had allowed it to reach an increasingly broad community, but it faced a challenge: how to scale its digital platform without losing agility or the quality of the user experience.
The challenge lay in balancing two needs: ensuring a robust and flexible technological foundation to support more students and teachers, while maintaining an engaging and intuitive experience.
Phases
1. Kickstart
In just 4 weeks, we launched a first functional version with a feedback portal and metrics to validate the idea quickly.
2. Iterator
We iterate every two-week cycles, gathering feedback from students and teachers to improve usability, scalability, and add new features.
3. Growth
We support ViveEspaña as CTO-as-a-Service, defining the strategic roadmap, optimizing resources, and guiding its sustainable growth.
