Last Tuesday, Beta Dash landed in Brussels. What started as a builder-focused format in Madrid arrived at WAT.BXL with more than 50 participants building real prototypes in just a few hours.
At Nomu Labs we have already hosted several Beta Dash editions in Madrid. Seeing the format grow and expand beyond the city is something special. When the right people gather around building, ideas move to product much faster.
During the session, teams worked directly on functional prototypes using Lovable, turning ideas into real tools in a matter of hours. That is the core idea behind Beta Dash: reducing the distance between an idea and a working product.
Build fast, learn faster
The event brought together builders, founders and technical profiles who shared ideas, feedback and experience while developing their projects.
By the end of the day, several projects stood out among the prototypes built during the session:
Study Viking, by Henry Delacroix
LifeOS, by Chakib Azzouzi
Recipes, by Gabriel Didisheim and Vittorio Ferretti
Brikly, by Selim Vanbencelaere
FitVue, by Marsia Cesile
Beyond the specific projects, the most interesting part was seeing how each team moved from concept to execution within a single afternoon.
Coaches bringing real experience
A key part of the Beta Dash format is the guidance builders receive while they are working. Teams do not build in isolation. Coaches provide feedback in real time, helping teams refine decisions and sharpen their ideas.
In Brussels we were joined by an outstanding group of coaches:
Tibo Wiels, bringing insights from the Y Combinator ecosystem
Flor Sanders
Chloe Samaha
Robbe Seghers, sharing experience from the Belgian founder ecosystem
Frédéric Donck, contributing a unique neuroscience perspective
Michiel Hendrickx, bridging the corporate and builder worlds
Antonio Giordano, sharing his expertise in no-code tools
These interactions are a central part of the event. Builders receive direct feedback, challenging questions and new perspectives that help them make better product decisions while they build.
Hosted at WAT.BXL
This edition was made possible thanks to WAT.BXL, which hosted the event and helped bring together the builder community in Brussels.
The event was also co-created with Pitchless Community and Geoffrey Rolin, who helped bring the Beta Dash spirit from Madrid to Brussels.
From Madrid to Europe

For the Nomu Labs team, seeing Beta Dash grow beyond Madrid means a lot.
Over the past months we have seen how this format works because it focuses on what actually matters: building, testing and learning fast.
Brussels was just the first step outside Spain.
More builders.
More cities.
More things being built.
