How Gogotechy is building the digital employability platform the Tech Market actually needed

The tech sector does not have a talent problem. It has a connection problem.

There are trained, motivated digital profiles who cannot find a direct path to real opportunities. And there are companies that do not know where to find them.

Gogotechy, one of our current projects, was built to solve exactly that gap: a single platform where training, practice, and access to the digital job market coexist.

Under the leadership of CEO Pilar Alfonso Rico, the product is advancing fast. Here is what is being built right now.

A Job Board Running on Real Data

The most strategic module of the current phase is live.

Gogotechy's Job Board is not a mockup or a static demo. It includes job listings, search filters, featured positions, and full detail pages, all powered by real data. An admin panel allows the team to manage categories, partners, and listings independently, without relying on the development team for every update.

The interface follows the design system defined in Figma closely, with the main views already navigable. The core is operational from day one.

A Technical Migration That Removes Friction

Migrating users from one platform to another is one of the most common failure points in digital products. At Gogotechy, it has been resolved cleanly.

The WordPress user database has been transferred to the new platform through two automated scripts built in-house. The result: existing users access the new environment with zero additional steps. No re-registration. No lost accounts. No friction.

It is the kind of work that is invisible to the end user, which is precisely the point.

A Homepage That Explains the Product in the First Few Seconds

First impressions determine whether a visitor stays or leaves. The Gogotechy homepage has been rebuilt with that in mind.

Key blocks have been redesigned to communicate what Gogotechy is and how the service works, more clearly and more quickly. The new layout is optimised for both desktop and mobile, and sections that created noise without adding value have been removed.

At the same time, HubSpot form tracking has been configured across the site. Each form now carries a unique identifier, allowing the team to measure precisely which channels generate contacts and which ones convert. Without that tracking in place from the start, the data from the coming weeks would be meaningless.

An Academy That Learns Who You Are Before Recommending Anything

The problem with almost every training platform is the same: the user arrives, sees valuable content, and does not know where to start. The result is scattered consumption, a lost user, or abandonment.

Gogotechy solves it with a short four-question form: what stage the user is at professionally, what they need to solve first, what type of role they are aiming for, and how urgently they need to act. With those answers, the system assigns one of four routes (orientation, active job search, interview preparation, or professional growth) and builds a prioritised sequence.

The output is not a list of resources. It is a clear orientation: start with this, continue with this, this applies especially to you.

Same catalogue, completely different experience.

An AI Agent That Retains Context

The AI chat on Gogotechy has taken a significant step forward: it now saves conversation history.

This changes how the tool works. It is no longer a one-off consultation tool. It is an agent that can pick up a conversation where it left off, understand the user's journey, and personalise responses accordingly. That foundation is what will power the next iterations of onboarding, support, and opportunity matching.

The development team is also using AI to accelerate the building of visual interfaces, with results already starting to affect delivery timelines.

What comes next, and why it matters

Gogotechy is not adding features for the sake of it. It is building the infrastructure that allows the product to scale without relying on workarounds. The focus for the coming weeks is on closing what is already generating value: completing the Job Board CRUD, finalising the HubSpot integration, replacing legacy WordPress pages and creating product-specific traffic routes to measure lead origin.

Every piece has a clear purpose. The Job Board will be reusable for future implementations. The automated migration eliminates technical debt. The academy personalisation system turns existing content into a strategic experience. And AI is beginning to accelerate both the product and the development process itself.

The direction is clear. The foundation is solid. The next step is concrete.

If you are in the tech industry and looking for a platform that connects training with real employment opportunities, Gogotechy is a project worth watching closely.
