What are we doing at Nomu Labs?

We’re supporting Divelife in building its platform from the very first click, applying our Iterate & Iterate methodology, which lets us launch fast, validate with real users, and scale with business logic and product focus.

In this phase, we’re helping to:

• Design the product architecture from a user-first perspective

• Build a functional MVP that connects divers and dive centers

• Integrate key features: bookings, profiles, community, fast check-ins

• Plan progressive scaling, from the first centers in Thailand and Indonesia to a global community
