After a sold-out first edition that filled the room with energy, creativity, and working prototypes, Beta Dash is back and this time, it’s a competition.  On December 2nd, we’ll gather once again, this time at IE Business School, for a new challenge: build faster, smarter, and bolder, with a chance to pitch your project directly to a venture capital representative. 


This edition is organized in partnership with Solid, Nomu Labs, and the IE Entrepreneurship Club, combining product, technology, and entrepreneurial know-how to push your ideas further than ever. 


The Fastest Buildathon in Madrid 

If you’ve ever wanted to bring a prototype, app, or website to life but didn’t know where to start, this is your chance. In just three hours, participants will design and build their product using Solid, the next-generation AI platform that can create full-stack web apps in minutes (ranked #3 on Product Hunt).  Nomu Labs’ coaches will be on-site to help teams refine their concepts, define core features, and bring their ideas to life during the sprint. 

No coding experience? No problem. Whether you’re a founder, designer, student, or curious builder, Beta Dash is built to make creation accessible and fast. 


What to Expect 

  • 3-hour Buildathon Sprint – Go from idea to prototype in one evening. 

  • Hands-on Support – Get live coaching from Nomu Labs’ product and tech mentors. 

  • Small Team Format – Limited to 10–20 teams to ensure quality collaboration. 

  • Networking Session – Wrap up the sprint with wine, cheese, and great conversations. 

  • The Prize – Winners earn a 1:1 meeting with a VC representative to pitch their project.
